Bind the dough and keep aside. Bind a soft dough.

Chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt, chat masala and Kasoori methi. Stuffing is ready.

Take some dough. Make a ball. Roll it with a rolling pin. Apply ghee. Put some stuffing. Seal the edges. Roll it again in round shape.

Heat the TAVA. Cook paratha from both sides by applying ghee.
