Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal
  2. 1 cupchana dal
  3. 3/4 cupcoriander seeds
  4. 15red chillies
  5. 1 tablespoonsjeera
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 2 tablespoonoil
  8. 1 teaspoonmethi seeds
  9. Small lemon sizedtamarind
  10. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan roast all the ingredients by adding one after other on low flame.

  2. 2

    Cool ingredients add salt and make powder do not make very fine powder

  3. 3

    Store in airtight container,enjoy with idli can also have with ghee and rice
