Steps

Wash the chopped methi with fresh water,two to three times.

Take a karahi,heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil in it.When aroma smells,put asafoetida in it now put methi with red chilli powder,salt,green chopped chilli& potatoes.

Cook on the low flame till the potatoes r well cooked with out lid.

When all most it is cooked,put grinded tomatoes in it & mix well.

Cook for few minutes on high flame & then switch off the flame.
- 6
Serve hot with curd & chapati.
