Steps

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes and boil until a bit soft to touch with fork

    Drain potatoes, add some oil, put lid on the pan and shake well until fluffy

    Chop up green veg and fry for 5 minutes to brown slightly

    Add all veg into a tray. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
