Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2 cupgreen pepper
  • 1/2 cuponion
  • 1 tcelery salt
  • 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 15 ozbeef broth
  • 2 1/2 cupstomato juice
  • 1 packageegg noodles
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 (8 oz)can mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with onions and green pepper

  2. 2

    Add seasonings

  3. 3

    Add egg noodles to beef mixture

  4. 4

    Pour liquid mixture over noodles. Once noodles are tender add mushrooms and sour cream. Do not boil!
