Steps

Cauliflower boil for 5 min and strain it and keep aside

Make a paste of green chilli and poppy seeds.

Heat a wok add mustard oil and fry red chilli and keep aside. Add cauliflower and potato with salt and turmeric powder on a low flame till it become tender and keep aside.

In a same wok add oil if required and saute poppy chilli paste. Add salt and sugar stir for few min. Add cauliflower, potato and 1 cup hot water and let it to boil and dry.

Garnish with fried red chilli and green chilli.
