Steps

Whisk sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add the essence and continue mixing.

Add the egg one at a time.

Mix in the flour, baking powder and grated coconut alternating with milk.

Lastly fold in the pineapple pcs

Bake for btwn 15-20 minutes..
