Firstly wash hill lemon(galgal)and green chillies then wipe off with a clean cotton kitchen towel napkin..peel and wash ginger piece and wipe off the water with towel napkin..cut hill lemon, chillies in desired shape..remove(cut)the uneven sides of ginger and make a rectangular piece(u have and't to waste these sides and be consumed in onion-ginger paste or the way u like)..make thin juliens of ginger

Add salt first then red pepper powder, a pinch of asafoeteda and sugar(no oil required)..give a good mix to well incorporate the whole pickle with spice

Yo'r hill lemon, ginger and green chilli pickle is ready

Take a dry, clean and sterilized jar and transfer the pickle into it

Serve immediately and also consume till 8-10 days with paratha, dal or plain chappatti and veggie 😋👌
