Peel the apple and grind it, and make puree.

In a bowl take butter, milk and jaggery. Mix it well.

Now add apple puree.

Now add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence. Mix it well.

Heat a pan, add butter.

Pour the batter, and cover it for 1 min.

Flap it and cook it, till golden brown.

Apple pan cake is ready.
