Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dry active yeast
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1/2 cupLukewarm water and milk 50:50 +more to make dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Lukewarm water and milk mixture in bowl add yeast salt and sugar cover it keep aside for froth warm place or in switched off oven for about ten minutes

  2. 2

    Take flour in big bowl add yeast mixture and knead it by adding more water and milk mixture till you get soft dough knead the dough by stretching and back at least 10/12 min till you get elasticity

  3. 3

    Keep dough in proper greased big bowl cover with samp cloth for one hour to double in size take dough out of bowl and punch it releases gasses for two minutes

  4. 4

    Divide dough make balls from it arrange in greased baking tin cover it and keep warm place for second proofing for half an hour

  5. 5

    Apply milk wash and butter and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree do 15 min once done remove from oven apply butter and cover it with samp cloth for ten minutes you will get soft pav enjoy homemade pavs
