Take blanched almonds in a mixture jar, add little milk to it & make a fine paste out of it.

In a saucepan take remaining milk & give it a boil, then add almonds paste to it & sugar & boil again for 10-15 min on low flame, then add elaichi & again boil for 10 min, you will see the milk will thicken switch off the gas & let it cool.

Once milk is cold blend it with a hand blender so as to make it little frothy, serve it chilled in glasses & dust some Cocoa powder on it.
