Steps

In a pan add 1 teaspoon oil and salt. and fry the bhindi.

After bhindi is done keep it aside.

Heat oil in pan add mustard, jeera and curry leaf. add onion and salt

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
- 5
Add tamarind juice and sambar powder cook for 2 min.

Add bhindi mix well add

Add water and cook
- 8
Add chopped coriander and serve with rice.
