My kids love this one for the holidays. Nice side dish. Very creamy version of corn bread. So easy to make and a big hit every time. I normally double the recipe. 10 minutes to assemble and 1 hour to bake. Great with Turkey, steak etc...

Ingredients

serves 6 servings
  1. 5eggs
  2. 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  3. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 boxJiffy corn bread mix
  6. 1 (15.25 ounce)can whole kernel corn
  7. 2 (14.75 ounce)cans cream-style corn

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish

    In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar, and milk. Dump in Jiffy corn bread mix. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.

    Bake at 400 for 1 hour
