Steps

Wash and coat the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and fry the fish well from both the sides and keep aside

Add cumin seeds and bay leaf and let it crackle

Add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add cumin powder and salt and turmeric powder and red chilli Powder along with tomato

Saute well till oil separates add water and simmer

Add fried fish and cover till it is soft
- 8
Serve it with rice or chapati
