In a kadhai, add ginger garlic paste, then add sliced onion. Saute till golden.

After that add tomatoes. Cook till soften.

When tomatoes sperates the oil, remove the masala into plate for cool down.

Now prepare, koftas. In a mixing bowl add grated ghiya and besan.

After that add all the masala into the besan. Like salt, hing, red Chillipowder etc. Here I add kitchen king powder for enhancing the taste. U can skip this.

Make a thick batter.

Heat the oil for frying the round shaped koftas.

When the koftas ready, make gravy.

In a mixer, blend the onion tomato masala into smooth paste. Pour it into kadhai and masala one by one.

When masala ready add water for desired consistency.

Add koftas into the gravy.cook for while.

Serve it hot with boil rice or chappaties.
