Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, bitter guard and smash it.

Put a pan on heat and add oil, cumin seeds,hing, ginger garlic paste and mix it well

Add chopped onions and cook this till onions get golden brown

Add tomatoes, salt according to taste, 2 tbsp red chilli,2 tbsp dhaniya powder, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and cook this for 5mins Add boiled veggies and mix it well. Add some water and according to consistency you need. At last add 1/2tbsp of amchur powder and cook this for 5-10 mins

Garnish your pav bhaji with coriander leaves or cheese
