    Wash body of sweet potatoes nd peel neatly den dice into finger shape nd sizes

    Heat oil add ur diced onion, tomatoes,pepper, tumeric allow to boil not necessarily frying den ur fish add ur seasoning

    Fry your potates nd serve togeda
