Ingredients

  • 20 ozfrozen chopped spinach
  • 4eggs
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  • 2 cupsHerb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1med onion chopped
  • 1/4 tspthyme
  • 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspaccent

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all other ingredients together, the. Add spinach. Let chill for at least 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Roll mixture into small balls either with a baller or hands. (Gets messy)

  3. 3

    Cook on 320 for approx 20-25 min

  4. 4

    Enjoy as a great appetizer!
