Ingredients

  • 250 gramsmutton
  • 1 cupgrated coconut
  • 1/3 rd cup fried gram
  • 2 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1-1/2 tablespoondhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonpepper, clove and cinnamon powder
  • handfulcoriander leaf
  • 1onion
  • 1whole garlic
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind mutton coarsely keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Grind all ingredients with salt.

  3. 3

    Mix grounded masala with mutton. make small balls and flatten it
