Ingredients

3 tbsphung curd
2 tbspMayonnaise
1/2 cupmix of grated carrots, chopped onion and capsicum
As per tasteSalt and pepper
As requiredItalian herbs
1 tspbutter optional

Mix mayonnaise and hung curd in a bowl.

Chop and grate vegetables.

Mix veggies and curd mayo.

Apply nicely on bread slice.

Apply butter on pan and toast bread nicely on both sides.

It can be served both ways. Either raw or toasted.. Happy Eating..
