Mix all the ingredients except milk. Mix properly. Now knead the dough with milk. Keep it to rest for Half an hour.

Take a small quantity of dough. Make a ball. Roll it in oblong shape. Apply some butter on upper side. Sprinkle some kalonji and chopped coriander on it. Press it with light hands.

Meanwhile heat your tawa. It shouldn't be nonstick. Use a iron tawa.

Now apply water on other side of naan. Place the water side on tawa. Cook for 1 min. Now flip tawa and cook upper side on open flame. Keep rotating. Take it out when it's done and apply butter on it.
