1 cupsoaked moong dal
2green chilli
1 pinchcumin seeds
1 pinchhing
1 inchginger
to tastesalt
1 pinchred chilli
1 pinchcoriander powder
2 teaspoonfresh grated Coconut
as neededoil for shallow fry

Grind all ingredients excluding oil and coconut and make a smooth better.

Take a pan grees with oil and spread better on round shape and make chilla till light golden brown both side.

Garnish it with coconut and serve with green chutney.
