  • Turmeric powder, carrots
  • Green peas and beans, pepper, onions
  • Veg oil, seasoning
  • Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil your rice with curry and rinse.

  2. 2

    Fry your carrots, green beans, turmeric powder, pepper and onion for some minutes

  3. 3

    Add some water and your seasoning with salt, allow to boil and add your rice, green peas stir, cover the pot and leave it for some minutes.
