Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat
  2. 3/4 cupchopped spinach
  3. 1 tspchopped coirander leaves
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. 2 tspbutter
  7. 1onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach leaves and drain the water.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add chopped spinach, onion, and salt. add wheat flour and all other ingredients to make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Make small balls out of the dough and roll them a round shape as a roti. heat a pan on medium flame,put some oil and palce paratha on the pan and let it cook from both side.

  4. 4

    Palak paratha is ready to serve it with butter.
