Soak rice and mixed dal for four to five hours

Take Soaked rice and mixed dal and grind and add salt and yogrt and mix it well and rest for five hours

Take this mixture and add one tablespoon oil and fruit salt

And pour it in dhokla pot and steemed for 15 min

Take a pan and put 2 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds and seasme seeds and green chilli
- 6
Pour cooled dhokla pieces and toss it well garnishing with coriander leaves
