Ingredients

  1. 2 tspGinger paste -
  2. 1 tspDahi -
  3. 1/2 tspHaldi-
  4. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  5. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder -
  6. 1 tspGaram masala -
  7. 1 tblsOil -
  8. 1 tspJeera -
  9. 3Black peppercorns
  10. 4Cloves -
  11. 2-3 pods
  12. 1Bay leaf
  13. - 1/4 cupWater
  14. 300 gmsPaneer -
  15. 1 tspSalt
  16. 1 tblsFresh cream
  17. 1Green chilli - 1
  18. 1 tspSugar
  19. Ginger - for garnishing Coriander - for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a grinder, add coriander, water and grind it into paste.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, add dahi dhaniya paste, ginger paste, maida, haldi, dhaniya powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and mix it

  3. 3

    Now take a kadai add oil once oil heat add jeera, black peppercorns, cloves, 1 bay leaf and and fry for 30 sec

  4. 4

    And green chilli, Once down add dahi mixture in it once boil add water in it and let it be like for 3-4 min

  5. 5

    Now add paneer cubes in it and mix well after that add sugar, salt and mix it, Cook for 5 - 7 min on medium gas, Add 1 tbls fresh cream and mix it again.
    Cook for another 3 - 5 min on medium gas

  6. 6

    Now serve hot with chapati or paratha
