Add the yeast into the warm milk and sugar,keep aside for a while

Now mix salt and oil in the flour

Knead a soft dough with yeast mixed milk

Cover it with samp cloth

Now blanch the Spinach and prepare a puree along with green chillies and coriander leaves

Heat butter and add Fenugreek seeds and green chillies

Now add ginger and garlic saute well

Add onion chopped and saute well

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Add pureed and cook till it is thick

Now add paneer and sugar mix well

Finally add butter and kasuri methi and switch off

Now take the dough and roll into round shape or desired shape

Heat a tawa and roast it well and add butter over the naan and serve with palang paneer
