Ingredients

1/2grated carrot
1 cupCurd
1 tspRoasted cumin powder
1 tspChaat masala
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack salt
to tasteRed chilli powder
as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
as neededcarrot slices for garnishing

Steps

1

Wash peel and grate the carrot.

In a bowl beat the curd till smooth.

Add the carrot to the curd and mix well.

Add the cumin powder chaat masala salt black salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and carrot slices.

Carrot Raita ready to serve.
