Ingredients

  1. 10raw banana
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Oil
  5. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria add oil,let the onions fry in the oil till golden brown,

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and stir till it becomes like a paste

  3. 3

    Add salt and let it cook for 5 min

  4. 4

    Add the banana and stir

  5. 5

    Add cup of water then cover with a lid,let it cook for 15 min

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
