Pork is my cheat day type of food so I decided to make it for my mum and I.
Steps

Separate the ribs into single rib.

Fill a jug with water and add the salt and lemon then mix it.

Sprinkle the above mixture onto the ribs(ensure you sprinkle the mixture all over the ribs)

Sprinkle the pepper also all over the ribs then rub all the mixtures together.

Place your pork on to the oven and set it at 175° for 25 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side.

Once its grilled to your specification you can remove it from the oven then serve it with sukuma wiki and hot ugali and allow your taste buds to have a feast.
