Ingredients

  1. 6tart shells
  2. 3-4baby corn
  3. 1small potato semi boiled
  4. 2 tbspcubed paneer
  5. For the marination
  6. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1 tspgarlic paste
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  11. 1/8 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1/4th cup hung curd
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. For assembling the tarts
  15. 2 tspgreen chutney
  16. 2 tspsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    For the marination in a bowl take all the ingredients for marination & mix well, add salt to it & again mix well, then add baby corn, potato & paneer & mix well & let it rest for 30min in the fridge.

    Then in a oven tray place foil paper over it, bake the baby corn first over 220°c for 15min.

  3. 3

    Then bake the potatoes over 220°c for 15min.

  4. 4

    The bake the paneer over 200°c for 10min.

  5. 5

    In a tart shell place green chutney in the bottom, place each piece of tandoori vegetables & paneer, garnish with sour cream & serve.
