Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 tbscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes

  3. 3

    Cook on low heat till formed a paste

  4. 4

    In bowl, whisk eggs

  5. 5

    Add them to the cooked tomatoes

  6. 6

    Stir continuously till well cooked, for about 5 mins

  7. 7

    Serve with ugali
