Cut the bacon into little pieces and cut off the fat. Then add to a colander rinse under the cold tap. To take off any excess salt.

Leave to drain off then pat dry with a clean towel or kitchen roll

Add 3 Eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk well add milk and whisk again add a little black pepper

Dry fry the bacon cook for 5 minutes

Add the onion cook for 10 minutes

Remove the bacon and onion and again drain them on kitchen paper

Heat up a little oil in the frying pan and when heated add the egg

Cook for 3 minutes then add the bacon and onion next add the Tomatoes

Add the black pudding to a frying pan a little oil and fry on low heat

Now the under side of the omelette is done so now add it under a grill to cook the top.

Add the beans to a saucepan and heat up. I always add a knob of butter to my beans to thicken.

Omelette done and if you shake it it will losen in the pan

Using a spatula lif half over so its half an omelette. Cut down the middle to make 2gra

Grate the cheese and put it on top and melt under the grill to melt the cheese
