1. Peel, slice, wash the yam. 2. Add salt to the yam and fry.

3. Heat the oil, add chopped onions, tomatoes and pepper. 4. Add curry, thyme, salt, cube. 5. Add the beaten eggs. 6. Stir fry. 7. Serve with the fried yam.
