Ingredients

  1. 1 kgkunde Split(Cowpeas)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. leavesMethi n fresh corriander
  4. 2big onions
  5. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tbspginger paste (optional)
  7. Oil for deep frying

Steps

    Soak kunde overnight

  2. 2

    Blend the kunde,onions,methi n corriander leaves

  3. 3

    Add salt,garlic n ginger paste

  4. 4

    Put oil in a karai n deep fry deep fry on a medium heat.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with coconut chutney.
