Soak rice, chana dal, moong dal and urad dal with curd and enough water for 6-8 hours.

Then grind in mixer grinder and make batter. Add salt and allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.

Add all mentioned vegetables and masalas and mix well.

Add oil and sodabicarb and mix well.

Fill prepared batter into mould. Spread grated cheese over it.

Bake into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until done at 180° temperature.
