Ingredients

15-20 minutes
5 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 1/4 cupmoong dal
  • 2-3 tablespoonudad dal
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2-3 tablespoongreen peas
  • 2-3 tablespoonchopped carrot
  • 2-3 tablespoonboiled American corn kernels
  • 1/2 cupboiled and crushed American corn kernels
  • 2-3 tablespoonchopped green capsicum
  • 2 tablespooncrushed green chilli
  • 1/4 cupchopped fresh coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoongarlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoonoil
  • 2 pinchsoda bicarb
  • Grated cheese as required

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice, chana dal, moong dal and urad dal with curd and enough water for 6-8 hours.

  2. 2

    Then grind in mixer grinder and make batter. Add salt and allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.

  3. 3

    Add all mentioned vegetables and masalas and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add oil and sodabicarb and mix well.

  5. 5

    Fill prepared batter into mould. Spread grated cheese over it.

  6. 6

    Bake into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until done at 180° temperature.
