Steps

Wash ur beef and place in a pot,add ur knorr cubes,salt and onions and bring to a boil in beef stock. Add more water and allow to Cook till done.

Pick,Wash and slice ur leaves and set aside.

Once ur beef is done with little water,add ur crayfish,sliced onions,sliced pepper,palm oil and bring to a boil in very hot heat for abt 2-3 mins.

Add ur Ugwu and Cook for 1-2 mins.

Add ur water leaf and cook for another 2-3 mins, taste for salt and correct accordingly.

Ur Vegetable soup is ready, serve with any swallow of choice.
