Take maida. Add salt and oil to it. Make soft dough of it

Make coriander, green chillies, tomato and mint chutney. You can use market bought too. But I prefer to make fresh chutney at home. Add mayonise to it and add salt att. Mix it and keep it aside

Take a wok. Add some oil to it. Put onion, than capsicum, carrot. Fry for few mins. Add tomato when it is soft. Add salt and other dry masala to it.

Then add paneer in it and cover and cook for 2 mins. Finally add red chilli sauce and tomato sauce in it.

Now make roti with dough. Apply oil in both sides.

Spread the green mayo chutney and then spread prepared masala.

Roll it and cover with butter paper or foil.
