Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgLady's fingerchopped
  2. 1Onion finely chopped
  3. 5-6Green chillies roughly chopped
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. As requiredOil
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds stir for a while add onion green chilli cook till onion is transparent

  2. 2

    Add Bhindi and Turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Cook till Bhindi get tender and dried, add salt and cook for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with chappati
