First take 4 to5 onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chilli, and make a paste.. Take left over onions and separate the layers of the onion in 4 portion ie cut one layer in 4 portion..it will look like a leaf..Other side cut paneer into pieces and sizes of your choice.

Now put kadhai and add some oil in it. When oil become hot add jeera and saperated layers of onion, saute them for 2 min and add paste in it..Stir it till it become light brown..When paste starts leaving oil then add masalas like dhaniya powder, garam masala, kashmiri lal mirch, kitchen king, and salt..Pour 1 cup milk in the paste and fry it on medium flame and stir it continuously..Than add paneer in it and cover it with lid and leave it for 4 to 5 mins on sim flame..

After that turn off the gas and take a fresh cream and add little bit on it now u r ready to have pyazi paneer gravy
