Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken
  2. Carrot
  3. Green pepper
  4. Tatashe
  5. Spring onion
  6. Green beans
  7. Cabbage
  8. Fresh pepper
  9. Ginger and garlic
  10. Sesame oil, oyster and light soy sauce
  11. Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your chicken as desired and marinate with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, seasoning cubes, etc

  2. 2

    Put small oil in the pot and stir fry the chicken until its brown or cooked and set aside

  3. 3

    Put another oil or use the remaining one from the chicken. Add your onion, garlic and ginger and fry.

  4. 4

    Next, add your green beans, fresh pepper and fry a little until the beans is soft, then add the carrot, green pepper, tatashe. Spice with a little oyster and soy sauce.

  5. 5

    Add your chicken and cabbage and stir it for a little while before adding sesame oil.

  6. 6

    Your stir fry is ready to go with rice, Noddles, mash potatoes etx
