Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 bunchSpinach
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 2onion
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspFried masala powder
  • 1 cuppowdered cornflakes
  • 3 tbspgram flour
  • 2 tbsprice powder
  • as neededTo fry oil

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop spinach and wash. Squeeze well. Chop coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together except oil. Deep fry into oil.It will take 10 minutes. Fry in low flame and fey both side.Serve hot.
