Bind the above ingredients with fresh milk till you get soft dough. Make pingpong balls. Deep fry in oil on medium flame till brown colour.
Syrup:
Boil this together till one string thickness, remove from flame add pinch of orange colour and rose essence. Put all gulab jamuns in the hot syrup pot and toss slowly then pour them in a bowl, garnish with almond or cashewnut flakes.
