  • Sugar
  • Clove
  • Dried ginger
  • Tamarind flavor

    Wash and soak the tamarind,cloves,dried ginger for 30mins, then squeeze with enough water and extract the juice

  2. 2

    Add sugar, tamarind flavor and stir, then refrigerate and serve chilled
