Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the rice overnight, drain the water and blend

  2. 2

    Add yeast to the batter and stir, close and keep it in a warm place and allow to rise

  3. 3

    When rise, add sugar and stir, put frying pan on fire and rub oil on it, add the batter and close until done
