Green leafy vegetables with potatoes in Kerala it is called green cheera but with potatoes it is very tasty but it is not bitter , methi leaves are little bitter.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle add cumin seeds and add ginger garlic and sauté for a minute add green chillies and red dry chilli curry leaves and chopped onion sauté till raw smell goes off

Add potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes because potatoes take time to soft but cheera will ready within 5 minutes

Add cheera and all dry masala mix it well and keep on slow heat with closing lid of pan

After 2-3 minutes mix well and coat with the potatoes nicely and you can get nice flavour of cheera

Serve with rice and roti or a side dish
