Steps

Cut the onions into fine slices

Put the desired portion of cooking oil into the fire

Deep fry the slices of chicken wings in the cooking oil for 10mins then remove them and put them on a plate to cool as you fry the onions till brown

Add the chicken wings on the browned onions and stir till the chicken wings become absorbed into the onions and oil

Add some soy sauce and honey to sweeten them

Add chilli if desired

Serve hot and sprinkle coriander leaves to garnish....accompany with French fries, steamed rice, ugali or chapati if desired
