Vegan Banana Chocolate Ice Cream
A Vegan alternative to Ice Cream! Uses Bananas and Cocoa Powder to make a rich and creamy Ice Cream with fewer calories and better texture!
Steps

Slice 2 Large Bananas up and lay on greaseproof paper onna tray. Pop them in the freezer until rock solid.

Measure out the Cocoa Powder (Dark Chocolate ones are usually Vegan, always check the label) and Maple Syrup (Golden Syrup also works, its just add depth of flavour)

Using a blender mix the Bananas until smooth, then add the other ingredients and mix again.

You can either serve now or refreeze for later. I have tried mixing the bananas with the other ingredients without freezing first but they dont mix as well in my blender, might have better results with newer models!
