Measure the sugar,butter,flour,baking and cocoa

1kg butter

Mix the sugar and margarine to a smooth paste

Prepare the flour by sieving it

Add the essence into the eggs to loose the eegy smell

Check that your flour has mixed thoroughly

Separate into two container and add cocoa

Into the greased baking tin put the batter one after the other

Put the baking tins in the already pre heated oven 200c, 1:30 mins
- 10
Check if its ready by inserting a knife in the middle,remove from heat let it rest over turn the cake and leave to cool for decoration.
