Heat up oil in pan, add cumin then ginger garlic paste then gr chillies then grated beetroot and saute till water is dried

When it gets cooled mix beetroot mixture, boiled chana dal all masalay and lemon juice and shape them

Keep them in fridge so that they are firm and then shallow fry them
- 4
Serve with chutney of your choice and enjoy
